Terms & Conditions
- Booking and Payment: By enrolling your child in the Spanish Club, you agree to the non-refundable terms and conditions outlined herein. Payment for the term must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your child's spot in the club.
- Trial Session: We offer a trial session for new students, allowing them to experience the Spanish Club before committing to the full term. The trial session fee is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.
- Payments will be returned if a class has to be canceled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
- Mariposa Languages or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
- Mariposa Languages reserves the right to remove from our program, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behavior.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - hola@mariposalanguages.com or calling Mariana Espinel at 07915316345.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Mariposa Languages will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
